You can cancel or reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will confirm the change.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time, we may charge a fee of 50% of the total tour price to cover preparation costs. This does not apply to rescheduling, which is still possible at no cost if we have availability.
If you do not show up at the meeting point at the agreed time, no refund will be provided. Please notify us if you are running late – we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, force majeure), we will offer you:
