Accommodation, transportation, route and itinerary planning, local experiences, guides where needed, local arrangements, coordination with local providers and price/arrangement negotiation with our local network — plus communication before and during the trip.
Can I customize my trip?
Yes. Choose an existing trip, explore destinations and experiences, or request a completely customized Morocco trip via Plan My Trip.
Are trips private?
Trips are organized around your group and your itinerary. Confirm the exact setup with Abdellah or Karim when you approve your plan.
How does the booking process work?
1. Send a request. 2. Abrid contacts you. 3. Your trip is planned. 4. Details and pricing are agreed. 5. The trip is organized. There is no online checkout — you approve the plan first.
How do I pay?
You pay in cash on tour day, as stated across our trip and booking pages. See How Booking Works and Cancellation Policy for commercial terms.
Who will I communicate with?
Directly with Abdellah (Founder) and Karim (Co-founder) — the people organizing your trip — via WhatsApp or email.
What is included — and what is not included?
Typically included (per your agreed itinerary): accommodation, private transportation and transfers, route and itinerary planning, local experiences, guides where needed, local arrangements and provider coordination.
Not included by default: flights, visas, travel insurance, medical services, and anything not listed in your agreed plan.
